Opportunities and Challenges when Engaging Older Donors – Roundtable Discussions


Development work with older donors comes with specific opportunities and challenges. Attendees will have the choice of participating in three of four member-led roundtable discussions:

• Donor stewardship and best practices for building and nurturing relationships with senior donors (Gloria Gorton)
• Charitable gift strategies for different phases of a donor’s life (Ed Abdelnour)
• Challenges when working with elderly donors and those with cognitive decline (Joe Collin)
• Best practices for engagement with senior donors (Jenn Keyo)
