Using Data to Work Smarter, Forecast, and Celebrate

Valerie will lead attendees through how to obtain, analyze, and present your program's data to work smarter with colleagues, forecast for the future, and celebrate colleagues' good work. We will explore ways to pull and automate reports on realized bequests, life income plans, major gifts, bequest commitments, legacy society members, and gifts from IRAs.

Session objectives:
1. Learn how to analyze the long history of your program for forecasting and strategy.
2. Learn ways to use planned giving data to collaborate with major gift colleagues.
3. Learn to examine data from this year and last year to raise up colleagues and take a moment to celebrate.

Proposals That Stand Out: Adding Financial Illustrations to Blended Gift Requests

Noncash assets are proven to be directly tied to organizational growth. Learn effective ways to include them in your proposals and how to confidently discuss their benefits with your potential and current donors so that you can secure transformational gifts for your organization. Gift Planning Practice Group lead M. Angel Flores will reiterate how gifts of noncash assets impact organizational growth and show you how to add illustrations to your blended gift proposals—with and without software.
