Counting, Reporting and Administration: A conversation around the importance of documentation


These advancement professionals will discuss the importance of planned giving documentation in the format of who, what, why, and when. The group will discuss welcome procedures, validation/verification processes, discuss what documentation is appropriate for gift type, and the importance of good campaign counting and reporting guidelines.
